REVIEW

I will send you a custom design board showing some ideas and inspiration for your suite along with some package options with different price points. You can review and ask questions. No pressure to decide on upgrades up-front - we will work through this together during design.

BOOKING

After you choose your package, you can secure a spot on my schedule and start the design process with a 50% retainer payment and signed contract. Upon booking, you will receive a Welcome box, including invitation samples featuring different paper, printing methods, envelopes and embellishments. You’ll have this in-hand before our Design consultation so we can discuss options for your invitation suite and make sure we are on the same page.

DESIGN

The design process starts with a design consultation call. We will discuss the vision for your invitation, important information and project timeline. You will have the opportunity to review style, colors, fonts and share inspiration images from your Pinterest board so we can ensure we are on the same page before starting proofing. We will work together on the design and I will provide a realistic mock up of the invitation suite including any embellishments. Desired changes will be made and once I have your final approval, the remaining balance will be reviewed (including the addition of any upgrades) and sent to you for final payment.

PRODUCTION

Once you have fully signed off on your invitation suite and balance is paid. I will begin the production process by sending your files to the printer and patiently wait to receive them. Any upgrades and embellishment supplies will be ordered to ensure they are received before assembly process begins.

ASSEMBLY & MAILING

If you choose a white glove experience, I will handle assembly, postage and mail your invitations directly to your guests with care. This means you won’t have to do a thing... I’ve got this!  I will also mail your Keepsake suite box.

Let's create a harmonious brand for your wedding, from your invitations all the way through your wedding day details. After working through the invitation design, we will discuss menu cards, place cards, signage and all the other paper details you can imagine!

The minimum investment for working with me is $3,500. This price point includes all pieces and services listed above. The average final budget after upgrades for my clients is $6,000. Submit an inquiry to receive custom packages based on your needs and vision.

At the beginning of our process, you’ll create a Pinterest board with your color scheme, florals, decor, attire, and other elements. This, along with your intake questionnaire and consultation, will provide me with your vision. During our design consultation, we will discuss what you have shared and further elaborate on any preferences to ensure we are on the same page before designing anything. You will also have the opportunity to review mock ups, request changes, and discover which embellishments and upgrades you want as part of your invitation suite.

How will you work with me to understand my vision for my wedding stationery?

Timing can vary depending on the number of invites, customizations, the design and production process are approximately six weeks respectively, meaning we’ll spend about three months total on the entire process. Mailing will begin once this process is complete.

How much time do you budget for the design and production process?

YES! During your Design Consultation and anytime throughout the planning process, I am here
to assist with any questions you may have when it comes to proper etiquette for your wedding invitations!

Can you provide guidance on proper wedding stationery etiquette, such as wording?

Most couples reserve their time approximately ten months out from their wedding. We officially begin the design process when we are six months away from your wedding to ensure we have the proper time to design your invitation suite, make any changes or further customizations and mail your invites to your guests.
